Having achieved a First Class Honours in her law degree at Sussex University, Alex joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor. She is now a highly respected and intelligent family lawyer with a reputation of putting her clients first. Alex delivers results in a friendly and warm way whilst retaining the upmost professionalism.
Outside of work Alex enjoys travelling and cricket and plays for a local ladies' cricket team.
Chris joined E J Winter in 2013 having gained some experience with another local firm. Chris handles both residential and commercial property transactions and specialises in new-build conveyancing. Whether it is purchasing your first home, or handling your investments, Chris is dedicated to achieving your desired outcome whilst providing both a professional and personal approach.
Along with his love of history, Chris has a keen interest in sport, enjoys keeping fit and is an avid London Irish fan.
Richard is the former senior partner at E J Winter & Son LLP and has over 30 years’ experience as a qualified solicitor. He is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Solicitors for the Elderly and regularly presents seminars on Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney.
He specialises in Wills, Administration of Estates, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Residential and Commercial Property transactions.
Cheryl BrabonLicensed Conveyancer
Cheryl has worked with E J Winter & Son LLP for over 30 years and as a licensed conveyancer for the past 17 years, carrying out all forms of residential conveyancing during this period.
Cheryl is married with one daughter and has many interests which include reading, travelling and socialising.
Warren RutherfordConveyancing Executive
Warren has worked in the Reading area for close to 30 years and specialises in all kinds of residential conveyancing.
Outside of work, Warren enjoys golf, football, badminton, fresh water swimming and travelling. He regularly attends charity events, raising money for good causes.
Originally from Nottingham, Daniel joined E J Winter in 2011 as a Conveyancer. Working alongside Paul Kilshaw, Daniel is experienced in a wide range of property transactions, specialising in shared ownership and new build purchases.
Daniel is very much a family man and enjoys nothing more then spending time at home with his wife and two children.
Working alongside two leading family lawyers Daisy is a highly personable and caring solicitor. She is dedicated to clients and is willing to go the extra mile.
Outside of work Daisy enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping fit, watching movies and fast cars.
Emma FarleyTrainee Solicitor
Originally from Gloucester Emma moved to Reading after graduating with an Upper Second-Class Honours in Law. Emma has worked alongside Paul Kilshaw in both resale and new build conveyancing, and is also a supporting member of our well respected Family Law Team.
Outside of work, amongst further studies, Emma enjoys going for riverside walks and is also a keen foodie.
